College of Business Job and Internship Expo Sponsoship Opportunities
Below are sponsorship opportunities for the Spring 2023 CSU College of Business Job and Intership Expo taking place on Wednesday February 15th, 4:30pm – 7:00pm MT. These sponsorships are available to add to your registration.

First Timer’s Tour: Get to meet our newest (some say bravest) business students
$200 – 1 Available
We host a First Timer’s Tour before the Expo starts to give students who have never attended before a behind-the-scenes look at what to expect. As the tour sponsor, you get to help welcome this brave group of mostly first- and second- year students to the Expo, all while amplifying your recruiting brand and building a pipeline of students taking their first steps toward a career! There are typically around 50 students participating in the tour. The tour will visit your company table before the event and get to hear your advice about best practices at a career fair. After the event, you will have access to a resume book of students who attended the tour.
Water Station: Water sips and sinage to your table

Students spend a lot of time and energy at our Job & Internship Expo. How would you like to be the company they think about when they take a break? Sponsor the student water station! You will receive branded signage at the station, space for your company handouts/job descriptions, and a map routing to your table.
On-Site Interviews: Since you are already talking…

Would you like the opportunity to interview students on-site at Expo? This sponsorship would include your own private interviewing space in one of the theatre spaces on-site at the event.
Branding Boost
$250 – 8 available
This is your opportunity to boost your brand at the Expo! This sponsorship includes a company highlight in the student attendee booklet, inclusion in Expo email marketing to students, and a company highlight slide (including your table number) that will loop in the Student Lounge.
Looking Good on LinkedIn: Headshots and branding help
$350 – 1 available
Having a professional LinkedIn page is important for students in the job/internship search process. To help them achieve this, the CMC (Career Management Center) offers FREE professionally photographed and edited headshots for Expo attendees. Your sponsorship includes the opportunity to host a table next to the LinkedIn photo area (in addition to your table in the main event space), and branding on all LinkedIn photo event advertising. You can also help craft a branded email that goes to each student that takes a photo (about 200-250 students in the past) with your contact info, links to your opportunities, and their edited photo after the event.
Lanyards and Event Wide Raffle: Would you like every student to know your company name?
$400 – 1 available
How would you like every student to see your company at the event? Sponsor student nametag lanyards to make sure your company is seen by everyone. You have the opportunity to pre-stuff the student nametag lanyards with a ticket to enter to win an item of your choosing at your company-hosted table. You will be able to visit with every student who wants to be part of the drawing. This is your chance to make sure everyone knows your name!
Stress Free Student Lounge at Expo: Snacks and relax
$500 – 1 available
Everyone needs a place to relax, and you can help sponsor it! We have a “stress free” student lounge that all students have access to at the Expo. By sponsoring the lounge at the Job/Internship Expo, you will be the first company students interact with before checking into the event. Company representatives can hand out complimentary refreshments and snacks that we provide to students in front of the Lounge and encourage them to stop by their table at the Expo. In addition to snacks, this table is full of essentials our students often forget/need for the event: hair ties, lint rollers, breath mints, bobby pins, pens, etc. This sponsorship allows you to lend a helping hand to students as they prepare for the semester’s biggest event.
