We appreciate employers’ interest in recruiting College of Business students and alumni, and are happy to help you develop a talent pipeline that connects you to the next generation of business leaders.
Whether you are an employer looking to hire 1 student or 40 students as interns, part-time, or full-time staff, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you build your recruiting brand within the College, post positions where students will find them, come to campus,
and more.
To be eligible to recruit at the College of Business, employers must read and comply with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Law, CSU Non-Discrimination Statement and Career Services Employer Expectations, and Career Center Recruiting Guidelines and Requirements. Once you have reviewed our expectations, guidelines, and requirements, we welcome you to start recruiting at the College of Business.

Tuesdays | 12:00pm – 12:30pm MT | Virtual on Zoom
These short virtual “fireside” virtual chats aim to inspire current students with career stories of young professionals who once sat in the same seats of Rockwell. Live audience attends, but they will be recorded and released like a podcast each week!

Micro-Internships offer an opportunity to engage our current students and recent graduates on short-term, professional assignments. In addition to providing professional work experience and learning opportunities, Micro-Internships can also complement your campus recruiting strategy by providing an opportunity to assess students’ skills and quality of work.
