Engage more students within handshake
Set up an availability calendar in each Handshake posting to easily connect with candidates.
When you post a job or internship in Handshake, you have the option to let interested students reach out to you about the position to learn more before they apply. You can choose to let students reach out via Handshake messages or link your availability calendar where students can schedule a time to chat with you one-on-one in a virtual meeting.
When you opt in to let students reach out to you before applying, this is highlighted for students when they look at your posting in Handshake.
